Pear and Smoked Turkey Salad 12 oz Smoked turkey; diced
2 c Partially cooked broccoli flowerets
1 Fresh pear; cored and cubed
1/2 c Diced dried apricots and thinly sliced red onions
1/4 c Dried currants and pine nuts*
2 tb Chopped crystallized ginger
1/2 c Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Dressing
Toss all ingredients together and mix well.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup each) servings.
* Slivered almonds may be substituted
