Tasty Turkey Sandwiches

1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Dijon mustard
12 sl Pumpernickel bread
1 lb Thinly sliced smoked turkey
1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 lg Tomato, sliced
1 1/2 c Shredded lettuce

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each slice of bread. Arrange turkey on 6 slices of bread, sauced side up. Top with cheese, a tomato slice, shredded lettuce, and remaining bread slices, sauced side down. Cut in half. Yield: 6 servings.
