Bolognese Meat Sauce 1 tb Olive oil
1 lb Ground turkey
3/4 lb Lean ground beef
1 sl Prosciutto; diced
1 Onion; diced
1 Carrot; diced
2 tb Celery; minced
4 cl Garlic; minced
2 c Tomatoes; chopped
1 c White wine
pn Nutmeg
Salt and pepper
1/2 c Skim milk
in oil brown meats. Add tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery and garlic.
Saute until onions are transparent. Add wine, nutmeg, salt and
pepper. Simmer 45 minutes. After about 40 minutes, add milk. Heat
throughly.
