Breakfast Sausage
5 lb Turkey -- ground 2 1/2 tb Salt 1 1/2 ts White pepper 1 tb Sage 1/2 ts Ginger 1 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1 1/2 ts Thyme 1 c Water -- cold
Mix spices in water first. Then add turkey. Mix batter with hands until thro ughly blended. Cook and freeze in smaller portions.
