Cheddar Scones with Smoked Turkey 4 c Biscuit mix
1 1/4 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 1/2 c Finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Smoked turkey; thinly sliced
Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter and cheese; mix well until
ingredients are moistened. Drop by table spoonfuls onto lightly
greased baking sheet. Heat oven to 400 degrees F; bake for 12 to 14 minutes
or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before
removing from baking sheet. To serve, slice scones in half and fill
