Mushroom and Turkey Loaf

Finely mince:
8 oz Turkey
3 lg Flat mushrooms, (10 cm diam)
1 Onion
1 Clove garlic
Mixe those well with:
1 Egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Place it in an 1 lb loaf pan and baked at 400oF for about 35 mins until done.
