Shore Leave Picnic Loaf 1/2 c Italian dressing
1 sm Thinly sliced tomato
1 sm Thinly sliced red onion
6 Fresh spinach leaves - (no stems)
6 sl Turkey
6 sl Boiled ham
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 Peeled thinly sliced cuke
1 Loaf round sourdough bread
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove
center leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top
with dressing. Fill shell with remaining ingredients. Cover top of
bread loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut
into wedges. Serve hot or cold. 6 to 8 servings.
