Shrimp and Smoked Turkey Tortillas 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup apricot preserves
3/4 Tbsp. mild curry powder
Sandwiches:
1 package flour tortillas
Smoked turkey strips
1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
Chopped plum tomatos
Diced cucumbers
Chopped lettuce
Whisk together mayonnaise, preserves, and curry powder. Spread a small amount of sauce on each tortilla. Fill tortilla with remaining ingredients. Serve with remaining sauce.
