Gumbo

Flour
Crab
Water
Smoke sausage
Hot sausage
Oysters
Shrimps
Turkey necks
Gizzards
Chicken wings
Cooking oil
Parsley

Put cooking oil in the pan. Add 3 cups of flour. Stir until it is brown. Put 3 quarts of hot water into a big gumbo pot. Add Crab, water, smoke sausage, hot sausage, Oysters, Shrimps, turkey necks, gizzards, chicken wings and parsley. Cook until ingredients have cooked enough and then take off the fire and let cool.
