Beef and Bisquit Casserole 1 pk Refrigerated bisquits or 1 Recipe Bisquick rolled biscuits
1 1/2 lb Ground beef, sausage or turkey
3/4 c Chopped onion
2 1/4 c Shredded cheese
3 ts Chili powder
3/4 c Sour cream
1 ts Minced garlic
1/3 c Chopped green pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
12 oz Tomato sauce
Brown beef, onion, garlic and green peppers; pour off fat. Add half
the cheese and remaining ingredients. Place half of the biscuits in an
ungreased 9-inch or larger casserole. Cover with meat mixture,
spreading evenly. Place other bisquits on top and sprinkle with
remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden
